Artwork Guidelines

To minimize artwork costs, follow the guidelines below.

Artwork can be supplied in any of the following formats

PC Computer Disc (3½", CD or ZIP disc)
Bromide

Acceptable email attachment formats

Email attachments should be not larger than 10Mb (.zip or .sit file is ok). For larger attachments please contact us first.

• Bitmap formats (resolution should be approx. 120dpi @ 100mm or higher)

  • .JPG (preferred format for for colour)

  • .TIF (preferred format for for black and white)

  • .BMP

  • .TGA

  • .GIF

• Vector formats

  • .EPS

  • .WMF

  • .DXF

  • .CDR CorelDraw (up to ver.12)

  • .SVG

• Other formats

  • Word Document .DOC

Formatting engraving text in an excel spreadsheet

When emailing names in an excel spreadsheet please use the following format

• Names, titles, awards etc. listed vertically, with each line of text having it's own column
• The file is saved as your club/company name
• You may use multiple sheets to split the engraving into groups
• Formatting your engraving correctly avoids extra set up costs.
