Pre-ordering badges allows you to purchase badges at the reduced cost for larger quantities, but take delivery of smaller orders. Using the web-site to order you can keep track of your badges in stock. If your company has several branches at different locations you can allow company branches to order from one stock order, and deliveries can be made to each branch.
When you place an order and choose to have it held in stock (select "Multiple Deliveries") you will be in credit for the total cost of the order, plus any extra delivery credit you wish to purchase. When you place an order to deduct badges from your stock, the cost of the badges and the cost of delivery is deducted from your credit. Your badge credit and delivery credit are combined, so if you choose not to purchase any extra delivery credit your delivery costs will be deducted from your badge credit, and if you purchase more delivery credit than you require you can use the credit to purchase badges.
To place an order for badges to be held in stock simply select "Multiple Deliveries" when placing an order.
You will be asked how many deliveries you would like to add to your credit. The number of deliveries will be multiplied by the cost of the delivery method you select, then added to your badge credit. You can enter 0 (zero) and any delivery costs will be deducted from your badge credit.
Once you have selected the various other badge options you will be asked to create an initial layout. This is to give us an indication of how you would like your badges laid out, and will be the default layout for any badges you deduct from this stock. It is only a guide, you will receive a final proof from us before any production, and any future badges will be based on that. Once you have finished selecting your fonts and colours your order is ready to send. However, no badges will be produced until they are deducted from this stock (see below).
Before ordering badges from stock you will need to log in. Once logged in you can order badges from your stock by clicking the link on the home page which says "order badges from my stock", or from your account information page where you view your stock order history and status. Enter the quantity of badges you require and select the type of delivery for this order. Enter the names, titles etc. for your badges. The layout shown is a guide only, all badges will be laid out based on the initial order. If you enter more or less names than the quantity you specify, your order will automatically be updated to the new quantity.
If your company has multiple branches you can allow each of these branches to deduct from a shared stock. To do this you will first need to create and log in to a master account for the company. This account will have access to all branches that are created under it. You can then create branches and view branches from your account information page, where you can also choose whether a branch is allowed to order badges from stock or not.
A branch is no different to a normal account, except that it is linked to the master account. Each branch has it's own username & password, and will require a unique email address for the branch contact person. Any orders placed will be billed and delivered to the branch - with the exception of badges ordered from stock, which can be deducted from the company's stock and delivered to the branch. A branch can place it's own pre-orders for stock. A branch can also create branches under it, however these sub-branches will only have access to the branch's stock, and not the parent company's.
