- All sizes and capacities are approximate
- Engraving layouts may be modified to suit your item
- All prices are subject to change. You will be advised of the total cost
and are required to confirm your order before it is produced.
Delivery Policy
Australian Delivery
- Delivery is usually within 7 working days from
- when you confirm your order
- or when we receive your artwork (where applicable)
- or when you have confirmed artwork we have sent you
- we will confirm the delivery date when we receive your order
International Delivery (outside Australia)
- International delivery costs are calculated for each order and will be
added to your order
- As it is not possible to have an automated system on our site the following
may be used as a guide only
- Delivery is based on the weight/size of the parcel, delivery address and
delivery time required
- Dispatch is usually within 14 working days from
- when you confirm your order
- or when we receive your artwork (where applicable)
- or when you have confirmed artwork we have sent you
- This is a door to door service with shipping in 3-4 days
- We will confirm the delivery date when we receive your order
Payment Policy
- We accept Visa Card, Master Card and American Express credit cards.
- For credit card payment, we take commercially reasonable measures to
establish a secure connection with your web browser and we take all
appropriate steps to protect the information you share with us. We use
credit card numbers to process your payment only; we do not retain them for
marketing purposes.
- Invoices will only be issued to approved customers,
download our credit application here.
- Invoices can be paid online with our secure
payment form.

- Artwork Setup Fees
- Set up fees are only charged once per logo or photo
- If your logo is already in our files you will not be charged a set
up fee
- Set up fees are billed separately and not included in the total of your
order.
- You will be advised of any additional setup costs before we proceed
with your order.
Returns
We will not credit or replace returned goods without email
notification within a 7 day period from the delivery date. After emailing us,
you will be sent a confirmation email, with details on how and where to return
your goods.
Engraved goods cannot be returned. We will not accept
responsibility for spelling errors in your engraving. Our automated system takes
your engraving directly from the your order to our engraving machines.
Privacy
You will be able to navigate our web site while remaining anonymous. When you
enter our Web site we can determine your domain name and what browser and
operating system you are using, but we cannot determine any personal information
about you. We use this information only for technical implementation in order to
match your browser to ours. You will reveal personal and business information
only when you want to.
At times, we will ask for information we need to process your order or for
more information on our products. The information you provide will be kept
confidential and will be used only to support your customer relationship with
Evright Trophies and Engraving.
We explicitly ask when we need information of a sensitive nature to process
your order, such as credit card information. Credit Card numbers are used only
for processing payment and are not used for any other purposes. We take
commercially reasonable measures to establish a secure connection with your web
browser and we take all appropriate steps to protect the information you share
with us. We use credit card numbers to process your payment only; we do not
retain them for marketing purposes.
Evright Trophies and Engraving does not provide any personal or business
information, regardless of its source, to any third party. Our only purpose in
gathering information is to process your order. We will only send you
information at your request.

Artwork
For logos there is an minimum initial setup cost of $49.50 which includes
30 minutes of design
work and logo setup.
Design and
logo setup
is $88.00 per hour
for each extra hour,
charged in 15 minute blocks.
Typically most jobs with a
single logo & design will cost no more than $49.50,
for jobs
with
multiple logos allow for extra setup costs.
This is a once only cost

your logo and design has

Engraving, printing and etching costs
Standard engraving is free. Engraving costs are included in the product cost.
- Standard engraving includes engraving or printing of text and logos onto
- 1 plate on the base of a trophy
- 1 plate on the face of a plaque
- Engraving on 1 side of a tankard or goblet
- Engraving on the back of medallions
Extra costs apply for non standard engraving. Please contact us for a quote
on your non standard engraving.
- Non standard engraving includes, but is not limited to
- Engraving on the trophy cups
- Engraving more than 1 plate on the base of trophies
- Engraving 2 sides of a tankard or goblet
- Engraving 2 or printing sides of a medallion
- Engraving multiple plates for perpetual trophies
- Engraving logos
Formatting engraving text in an excel
spreadsheet
When emailing names in an excel spreadsheet please use the following
format
- Names, titles, awards etc. listed vertically, with each line of text
having it's own column
- The file is saved as your club/company name
- You may use multiple sheets to split the engraving into groups
- Formatting your engraving correctly avoids extra set up costs.
