The FineMarker is the ideal marking system for laser marking. The laser is equally suited to both product labelling and micro-marking, thanks to its high beam intensity and fine focusing ability. In addition, the Finemarker is equipped with the Trotec JobControl Expert software, and is thus an especially easy to operate yag laser.
The Finemarker is convincing thanks to its large work surface, which can be individually filled and then marked without the need for an operator. Micro-markings can also be executed due to the small beam diameter. Raster graphics can be ideally applied onto material with our motion system.
A well protected machine interior, in combination with the Trotec
patented InPack Technology, offers
optimum protection from dust and fume intensive materials. Lowest
maintenance costs and the longest system lifespan are guaranteed as a

The individual components in the motion system, optics train, the
electronics, processing head and the laser source, all stand out due to

Electro-optic autofocus with light barriers brings maximum convenience for
the operator through correct focusing of the laser beam on the surface of
the workpiece.
Because of the significant higher peak power and pulse repetition rate of a Vanadat laser in comparison to a classical YAG – and which both is important for plastic marking by colour-changing – you can reach better markings and higher marking speeds.
Due to its unique enclosure design, the Finemarker is certified Laser Safety Class 2M. It can operate safely in any production environment.
