evright.com offers a full on-site artwork service for our customers. Of course we always happily accept engraving or print ready files from customers in high-res PDF format (no bleed)
In the majority of cases, we will send proofs out to customers for their approval prior progressing to production. For smaller jobs (such as perpetuals), all artwork is double checked and quality controlled by our onsite production team and Production Manager. Two rounds of client amends / adjusts are included for each job. Following that, or for any major amends to artwork, an artwork fee will be charged.
Once a proof has been sent, it is up to the customer to ensure that all logos, spelling, content and information is correct and accurate prior to approving the artwork and giving the approval to proceed to production. Once approval is received, evright.com will not take any responsibility for any errors in the finished item.
For initial set up costs of name badges and intricate jobs, an artwork charge will be charged. This will be discussed with your customer service team member.

Delivery & Production Timeframes
evright.com's normal turnaround time for our orders is approximately 5 - 7 business days. If you require it sooner, we are here to help! Just let your customer service representative know and we can make your order a priority for a small fee. You can also select this option at checkout if you are ordering online. This includes all orders, from plaques but unfortunately not to some custom jobs such as custom medals.
Shipping is through APD Courier for Adelaide jobs, Australia Post and StarTrack, or by collection.
